Gold's Gym Totowa is a unique facility not only in the chain of Gold's Gyms worldwide but to all N.J.'s health clubs. We are the only health club facility to incorporate a separate Women's Only Studio, Basketball Court, Racquetball Court and Boxing Room, in addition to our other amenities -- all UNDER ONE ROOF. Convenience for our members is very important to us, and we feel by offering them a wide variety of activities to choose from they will stay motivated while reaching their fitness goals.

Our experience in the health club business dates back over 15 years. We owned and operated a Women's Only facility which is still very predominant in its area. Helping people reach their fitness goals or whatever goals they may have when they come to us, is a rewarding experience which keeps us inspired to give them every tool and opportunity to do their best.
